Description
This is a manip for my World of Zekira rpg books.
(( It may never be available commercially, but if required I'll remove it if it's an issue to be put in a book - it'll all be credited just like on the picture. ))
This displays the psionic power "Out of Body Observation". The glowy girl in the middle isn't even in the same city as the pair she's spying on. They cannot see her, though they both also have psionic powers, neither of them are of the same sort as hers, and thus they can't use their abilities to detect her.

Man, that sure would be useful. Of course, so would omniscience, but you can't have everything.
